Throughout the years I have been fortunate enough to work with different national sports teams and assisted in several big tournament as a physiotherapist.

Manual Physiotherapy
The course of treatment is based on communication and cooperation between the patient and the physiotherapist. The role of the physiotherapist is to be an advisor and a practitioner, while the patient is the expert of his or her own body.
The cause of the problem(s) will be based on a combination of examinations carried out by the physiotherapist and the information produced by the patient. The physiotherapist will carry out the manual treatments while the patient visits the clinic, and he/she will often be advised to do a few daily exercises at home. In addition the patient is often advised to change posture or correct other types of unfortunate behaviour to achieve the best possible results.

Tailored arch supports are for everyone asking for relief and support of the feet during sport and everyday life. This is also a preventive measure in regards to inappropriate body position and pain in the feet.
Mass-produced shoes are not individually tailored. Getting tailored arch supports help prevent and reduce strain of the body.
